Welcome from the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
On behalf of the Division of Student Affairs, welcome to the Auburn University at Montgomery family and to our web page. Our pages are designed to take you easily and efficiently to the information you need about the many programs and services offered by Student Affairs.
A university is a place to learn and it is also a place to live. The offices within Student Affairs are here to assist you with both of these. Our job is to enhance your in- and out-of-class experience, to facilitate your interaction with faculty, staff, and other students, and to help you find your place in the Auburn University at Montgomery community.
Within the office of Student Affairs you will find student involvement and leadership, counseling services, services for students with disabilities, career development resources, Greek life, a learning center, student accountability and advocacy, over 60 organizations, and much more. Our goal is to help you achieve academically, stay healthy, get involved, find a job, and find resources to enrich your life.
Behind every link to each of these departments are people ready to help you make the most of your university experience. Look us up. That's what we are here for. I would like to encourage each of you to get involved with one of our many organizations that our Division has to offer.
The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs is located in the Taylor Center on the first floor. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org and my phone number is 334-244-3620. Please stop by and see us. If you have concerns or questions, I am here to listen and help. I am your campus liaison to the administration and academic community. Please let me know what my office can do to make your academic year, as well as your stay here, a success. We are here to serve you.
