Earth Week 2012
On April 22, 2012, people from more than 190 countries around the world joined forces to celebrate Earth Day and increase awareness and appreciation for our natural environment. Auburn University at Montgomery is committed to becoming a more responsible corporate citizen by integrating sustainability initiatives into all aspects of university operations, reducing its negative impact on the environment. With the help of the student-led AUM Green Alliance, the AUM Sustainability Committee, and the Cornerstone of Communication class students, AUM will host a week full of fun and exciting events to celebrate our Earth.
