University Policy

Auburn University at Montgomery operates under policies passed by the Auburn University Board of Trustees; university-wide policies and procedures established by Auburn University; and Auburn University at Montgomery policies and procedures established through process by the Chancellor.

University Policy documents are not contracts.  The University Board of Trustees and authorized Executive Officers of the University maintain the exclusive discretion to exercise the customary function of institutional management to revise University Policy as they deem appropriate.

Proposed University Policies

During the comment period, comments and suggestions from Auburn Montgomery employees and students are welcome and should be emailed to Sonya Jackson in the Office of Strategic Communications & Marketing. All comments must be received by the Comments Closeout date.  After consideration of the comments, the proposed policy will be approved by the Chancellor or returned to the appropriate party for further deliberation and/or revision.
