We are currently accepting applications for North Commons and West Courtyards. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the contract before you send it in.

2009-2010 Rental Rates


Rent for the 2009 - 2010 academic year (per student per term) is as follows:

North Commons: $2,335 (summer term - $1,590)
Four bedroom apartment for four students

West Courtyards: $3,120 (summer term - $3,010)
Two bedroom apartment for two students (Building A)

West Courtyards $1,860 (summer term - $1,230)
One bedroom apartment for two students (Buildings B, E, and G)

West Courtyards $1,820 (not available summer term)
One bedroom apartment for two students (Buildings D, E and F)

West Courtyards $3,500 (summer term - $2,320)
One bedroom apartment for private/married students (Buildings B, E and G)

West Courtyards $3,420 (not available summer term)
One bedroom apartment for private/married students (Building C, D and F)

*All building have had a complete mechanical system replacement. Buildings A, B, E and G have new kitchens and bathrooms.
