Mission Statement
The Intensive English Program (IEP) at Auburn University at Montgomery exists to serve the international community by providing exemplary English language training, using qualified professionals in courses specifically designed to better help international students master the English language and to enable them to succeed in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
AUM's English as a Second Language Program helps non-native speakers of English to improve their English language skills. The courses run every eight weeks, five times in a year.
Courses Offered: Listening & Speaking, Reading & Discussion, Grammar & Writing, Academic Writing,TOEFL Prep, Pronuncing American English, Business English, Communicative English and K-12 Summer Program.
