The only exception to this policy occurs in the case of personal illness or call to active military duty. Supporting written documentation is required. Medical withdrawals/ resignations will be prorated on the number of class days a student is registered. Call to active military duty will not be prorated; a full waiver/refund of tuition may be granted.
Student Refunds Process
Student refunds are issued through direct deposits to a student's personal account. If a student has not completed a Direct Deposit Form, then a refund check will be mailed to the student's current mailing address.
Directions
Provide a voided check from your checking account or a savings account direct deposit form from your bank. Print VOID in large letters across the face of the check. This provides the correct account and routing number for the bank in which your money will be deposited. Deposit slips are not accepted.

Submit your completed form and voided check or savings account direct deposit form to the
Cashier Office, 130 Taylor Center.
