| Edwin W. Arnold, Ph.D., SPHR, has been teaching and conducting research in management since 1984. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Alabama and completed M.B.A. coursework from Tulane University and the University of Arkansas. He worked at the corporate, divisional and plant levels in management for 13 years with two Fortune 500 Corporations. Research interests include the impact of HRM on the economic performance of the firm, the role of HRM in organizations, and union certification/decertification elections. |
