| Dr. Mary Kiker has taught principles of management at the undergraduate level and managing people at the graduate level since coming to AUM in 1999. She also teaches training and development and leadership at the undergraduate level. Her research interests include accountability and its effect on human resources functions, job design and contextual performance. |
