Dr. Jourdan has published peer-reviewed journal articles in Electronic Markets, International Journal of Case Method Research & Application, International Journal of Electronic Marketing and Retailing, Journal of Service Science, Information Systems Management, and Journal of Information Technology Theory & Application. He also published an edited book chapter in the Encyclopedia of Information Ethics and Security and has presented at numerous academic conferences. He serves as the editor for the Journal of Social Sciences Research and a reviewer for a variety of academic journals and conferences.
In addition to his duties as Associate Professor of Information Systems, Dr. Jourdan also serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Information Systems Management (MSISM) degree. He teaches a variety of Information Systems courses in the executive, graduate, and undergraduate programs. He was honored with the School of Business Excellence in Teaching Award for 2012-2013. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, AFCEA, Alabama Technology Foundation, Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, Sunrise Rotary, Revolution Montgomery, and an active participant in a variety of other professional organizations in the River Region.
