AUM to host sixth annual Liberal Arts Conference Feb. 7-8

Now in its sixth year, the AUM Liberal Arts Conference continues to explore the American South. Registrants to the conference will experience a variety of art, film and discussions over the course of two days on topics spanning the fields of anthropology, geography, art history, American history, American literature and theater, music history, communication studies, mass communication, and sociology. The conference will host two distinguished speakers, offer a reading session of poetry and prose from local writers, show a film on Alabama eating habits, and display a gallery exhibition.
